Privacy information

This notice covers the ClinicKind software-information website and public product testing only. It is separate from every future subscribing clinic’s patient privacy notice.

What this public test collects

The current website does not submit or store practice-enquiry details. Please do not enter patient information, medical details or other special-category data anywhere in the public product test.

When commercial onboarding opens

Before requests are collected, this notice will identify the operating company, contact details, purposes, lawful bases, processors, retention periods, international transfers and individual rights. Consent for general marketing will remain separate from a request for a demonstration or account.

Clinic workspaces

Each clinic will operate in a separate tenant boundary. The clinic will normally be the controller of its patient records, while ClinicKind’s operating company will act under the agreed contractual role. Each clinic must provide its own patient-facing privacy information.

Cookies and local storage

The public test uses only essential browser behaviour needed to display and operate the website. Analytics and advertising technologies will not be enabled without appropriate notice and controls.

Your safety during testing

• Use fictional clinic and client information.
• Do not enter patient records, health information or photographs.
• Do not enter live payment credentials.
• Do not rely on the demonstration for clinical care.
